HOLT RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB SUMMER BALL - FRIDAY JUNE 1st 2012
Three years have passed and it is now time offer details of the 2012 Holt Rugby Club Summer Ball. This year it is the Club’s 50th Anniversary, and we hope to make our Summer Ball the culmination of a very special year which has already started so well. We have booked the same large Marquee this year (over 1000 square feet), and have kept with what seemed to be a winning formula for the catering. The 2012 Ball will be the most sought-after Ticket of the Summer, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are £57.50 per person and this includes a three-course dinner, provided by Southhill Caterers with Carl Graves operating his hot Beef and Gammon Carvery again, which we know will be sumptuous. Scratch the Cat live band and Disco will be playing till 2.00am. There will also be an auction with some very exciting prizes. Tables will be for 10 or 12 people. If you would like to book a table please reply enclosing ONE cheque made out to Holt RFC for the correct amount ( 12 guests = £ 690 ) plus details of any vegetarians in your party and a return address. In order to secure a table I will need to receive a cheque for the correct amount of guests, verbal reservations will not be considered definite until a cheque has been received.
