A Service to celebrate Jake Van Poortvliet’s Life

A service to celebrate Jake’s life will be held at Sat Botolph Church, Banningham on Thursday 15th July 2021 at 2pm.

All mourners are welcome to attend, however there is a limit on the number inside the church, this being attended by Jake’s immediate family.

You are very welcome to gather outside the church or on the village green where there will be speakers for you to listen in.

Holt RFC blazers can be worn.
