If we aren't successful, it's onto plan B to raise the remaining funds to complete the refurbishment of our club changing rooms & showers.
Our Club Secretary, Joanna Storey, was a guest recently at Cwmgwrach rugby club in Neath, Port Talbot (which literally translated means "Valley of the Witches") & was impressed with their club lottery. If club members sold lottery tickets, they could keep 30% towards their age group rugby tour for example. Joanna drew the balls out which led to a rollover - of about £6k! Perhaps this is something we could consider to raise funds?
