"The Lean Machines" will be joining in our touch rugby this Thursday!

John & Leon are visiting Holt RFC for a taster & insight into touch rugby before attending an official RFU touch event on Saturday.

The duo, who call themselves The Lean Machines, post exercise, diet and lifestyle videos are watched by nearly 300,000 followers and have been viewed 15 million times. Earlier this year the pair published their first book called “The Lean Machines: Eat Well, Move Better and Feel Awesome”.

Existing & new Holt RFC members are always invited to play touch rugby every Thursday from 6.30pm - 8pm. Min age is 15+. The bar will be open afterwards & all are welcome, even if you just want to spectate this Thursday!
