Soul Phoenix plays touch rugby for England & coaches in many schools. He runs the Nomads Touch Club based at Holt & here he explains a bit more about the game if you are not familiar with it:

"Nomads Touch Club is based at Holt RFC in North Norfolk but, true to name, the team is now home to both social and more serious competitive Touch players from across the region.
Touch is a fast-moving, minimal contact, mixed-gender member of the rugby family which is becoming increasingly popular due to it's inclusiveness, fitness-benefits and core social values.

It's also a game that can be quickly picked up, with players of all ages becoming fairly proficient with the basics in just a session or two. No previous rugby experience is necessary and in fact progression to national and international level can still happen fairly quickly, for those who are ready to excel.
It's a game that taps into our most basic sense of fun and for this reason there are very few people who have tried their hand at Touch and not found it to be highly enjoyable, if not addictive!
The Nomads Touch club was created by ex-Holt 1st XV, England Touch player and Development Officer Soul Phoenix. If you're interested in giving Touch a go, whether for social fitness and fun or as a new challenge towards becoming a keen, competitive athlete, then you can contact him by call or text to 07761 424073"
