We look forward to welcoming thousands of people to Holt Rugby Club on Sun 7th & 14th April. This will be our 15th year of hosting the Kingswood mini's rugby Festival, where players get to enjoy rugby with lots of new clubs from around the country.

• Registration is open from 9am. (Registration pack includes 1 fixtures list, pitch plan and festival certificates).
• Coaches meeting at 10am in the club house.
• Car parking will be on the 2 fields. Only buses and disabled parking in the main car park.
• If you'd like to drop off kit / gazebo's please speak to the chaps on the gate.
• NO DOGS policy on any grassed area for hygiene reasons. We love dogs, but would really rather you didn't bring dogs at all if possible please.
• Apart from U12's who have Norfolk Society Referee's, each fixture will have a club assigned to Referee, please try and ref where required.
• Fixtures all kick off at 10.30am and the last one is due to start at 2pm.
• Any last minute pre- orders of food please let Nev know ASAP.
• There will be plenty of food and drink outlets available on the day as normal.
• Primary First Aid will be covered by IKON Event First Aid and supported with Holt RFC First Aiders.
• Remember this is a Kids First, Age Grade Rugby Festival. There will be no recording of scores or finals, it's a round robin event, every team will get a minimum of 5 matches.
• We currently have space for 1 more team at U8's and U11's and 2 spaces at U9's. If these are not filled then they will be scheduled as Barbarian fixture's - please manage this between yourselves or increase the time per match from 12 to 15 mins. Please liaise directly with the Holt RFC head coach of that age group who will be made known to you on the day.
