The Holt RFC Golf Day at Barnham Broom on Tuesday 11th July was another great success with 16 teams competing for the annual trophy. This year the cup was won by Paul Dunning, playing in Mark Simmons team.
After an eventful round of golf, where the many rivers are now the owner of several of Guy Ropers balls, we were joined by a few 'old heads' for a fantastic meal back in the Barford Suite.
The usual stand up Heads & Tails proved to be another moment of humour, where Richard Morrissey won the Victor Dubuisson signed framed Ryder Cup product !
Thanks go to all the teams that took part, the companies that donated raffle prizes & especially all who gave to the auction.
The Golf Day contributed £5000 to Holt Rugby Club Funds and will be used towards the final alterations to the changing rooms to take place in Summer 2018.
