Rugby as a sport is a big part of the culture in the UK and participation is growing year on year for women's and girls teams across the country. In April, the RFU were reporting a huge 17% growth in participation over the previous year, which is amazing.

Our new girls and ladies section is at its development stage and we are looking for players to help it grow in size and build on their training each week.

Everyone of the Red Roses will have started their rugby journey at a grass roots club and team like this. Without these sides success doesn’t exist.

So why not come down and try a session and start your journey here? Our newly formed ladies side trains each Thursday at Holt or Fakenham rugby clubs, with sessions @ 5.30-6.30 or 6.45-8pm.

Remember this is an exciting new joint venture with Fakenham RFC - alternating the training venue between our clubs each week.
