Message to members from our new club Safeguarding Officer, Joanna Wilcox

Dear Club Member
I would like to introduce myself to you all. I am Joanna Wilcox and have just taken over the role of Safeguarding officer at Holt RUFC.
There a few things that I wish to make you aware of:

There is also a copy of the full policy on the notice board with the membership forms by the toilets!

Holt RUFC would like all parents to stay on site during the games and training sessions of the mini’s age groups. We appreciate this isn’t always possible, and if you have to leave your children for a short time, please do so after agreement with the relevant age group coaches.
